3 Reasons Why Digital Transformations (DTs) Fail and How to Overcome Them (Part 1)
By the end of this series, you will have the tools you can use to detect stumbling blocks, determine the necessary components, and discover a sure way to have a sustainable success in DT.
What is Digital Transformation?
It’s one of those tech buzz words we business owners hear often among our peers, from our kids, and from the news and social media.
It sounds intimidating, but as your Digital Transformation advocate let me make it simple.
Digital Transformation is the adoption of technology to your current business process.
It’s really that simple!
Now, why is it is a big deal for business owners and why should we adapt digital transformation in our businesses today?
Why Digital Transformation?
Whether we like it or not technology is rapidly changing the world we live in today. I grew up in the 80s where the WiFi wasn’t even invented yet and computers were only for the rich and big businesses and when fashion was (in my opinion) at its peak!
Nowadays technology is automating many of our processes. And with the advent of AI, with ChatGPT spearheading the wide adoption of it in our day to day tasks, all the more is technology transforming the way we do business.
The point is we need to adapt.
As business owners, here’s the grim reality if we don’t adapt - we close. And the pandemic made that message clear. If we don’t innovate, we get left behind and, eventually, what we provide will lose its significance in the market.
